Uphold Stay Golden standards on and off wedding days
Stay solution-oriented and calm under pressure

Bookings are assigned based on availability, experience, and event needs
You will always receive clear details before accepting a date via our team booking chat
You may accept or decline based on your availability
Once accepted, dates are considered confirmed
Detailed procedures live inside the Team Portal, which you’ll receive access to next. Wedding details live in the calendar invite sent via email.

Bring calm, steady energy into the room
Avoid negative language, stress-sharing, or rushing
Speak kindly about all clients, vendors, and teammates
Direct concerns or challenges to the lead artist or Brittany
When we stay grounded, our brides feel safe and that’s the experience we’re known for.

Stay Golden is designed to grow with you.
Opportunities may include:
Lead artist roles (available at the Senior & Master Artist levels)
Your own brides and running your own wedding day team
Mentorship and training
If you’re interested in growing within the team, open communication is always encouraged.

Payments issued the day of the wedding by 7pm
W-9 forms must be submitted annually before payment is sent
Artists are independent contractors, not employees
Pay Structure
See a breakdown of payouts per level & per service
Assistants: $15-20 per hour
Associate Artist: 45%
Junior Artist: 50%
Senior Artist: 60%
Master Artist: 70%
