These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, bookings, digital products, and use of this website provided by Stay Golden Bridal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking services or submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking with Stay Golden Bridal, submitting a 40% retainer, signing a contract, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Stay Golden Bridal.

2. Team-Based Service Model

Stay Golden Bridal operates as a team-based bridal beauty service. While artist preferences may be requested, bookings are made with Stay Golden Bridal as a company, not with an individual artist unless explicitly stated in writing.

We thoughtfully assign artists based on availability, experience level, service needs, and event logistics to ensure a calm, consistent, and elevated experience.

Specific artist assignments are not guaranteed unless contracted as a Lead Artist booking.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional bridal hair and makeup services, including but not limited to:

  • Wedding day hair and makeup

  • Bridal trials

  • Bridal party services

  • Optional add-ons and enhancements

  • Professional Education and digital resources (if applicable)

All services are cosmetic only and non-medical in nature. Final results may vary due to skin type, hair type, preparation, environment, lighting, and timing.

4. Booking, Retainers & Payments (Pricing Structure Update)

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and secure your team.

  • Dates are not held until the retainer and signed contract are received.

  • The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your invoice or contract.

  • Accepted payment methods include Card & Cash.

The retainer secures your date, allocates team availability, and protects artist compensation. Because of this, retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Late or incomplete payments may result in service delays, reduced service scope, or cancellation without refund.

5. Changes to Services, Timeline, or Party Size

Changes to the following may require pricing adjustments or additional artists:

  • Service count

  • Getting ready location

  • Start time

  • Timeline compression

  • Bridal party size

Stay Golden Bridal reserves the right to update pricing if changes affect staffing, timing, or logistics. All changes must be approved in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
All retainers are non-refundable. Payments made beyond the retainer are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in writing.

Rescheduling:
Reschedule requests are subject to team availability and may require a new contract and retainer if the original date cannot be accommodated.

Stay Golden Bridal-Initiated Changes:
In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Stay Golden Bridal may:

  • Assign a qualified replacement artist

  • Adjust team structure

  • Issue a refund or credit at our discretion

Our priority is always continuity of care and service quality.

7. Trials

  • Trials are scheduled separately and are subject to availability.

  • Trials are exploratory and intended to refine preferences not guarantee identical results on the wedding day.

  • Trial fees are non-refundable after service.

  • Missed or late trial appointments may forfeit the session without refund.

  • Booking a trial without securing your wedding date does not secure your wedding date.

8. Travel, Location & Timing

Stay Golden Bridal is a mobile service provider.

  • Travel fees are calculated based on distance, time, and location.

  • Early start times, parking fees, tolls, or lodging (if required) are the responsibility of the Client.

  • Artists arrive within the contracted window.

  • Delays caused by the Client or bridal party may reduce service time without refund.

Maintaining the agreed timeline ensures a calm, unrushed experience for everyone.

9. Health, Skin & Hair Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions prior to services.

Stay Golden Bridal is not liable for reactions or outcomes related to undisclosed conditions. Patch testing is recommended when applicable.

Environmental factors such as heat, humidity, perspiration, and lighting can affect longevity and are outside our control.

10. Artist Substitution & Staffing Adjustments

Stay Golden Bridal reserves the right to substitute artists or adjust team structure when necessary due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

All artists meet Stay Golden Bridal’s standards for professionalism, artistry, and client experience.

11. Photography & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant permission for Stay Golden Bridal to use images or video of completed services for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.

Opt-out requests must be submitted prior to services.

12. Digital Products & Education 

All digital products and educational resources are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges

  • For personal or professional use only

  • No sharing, resale, or redistribution

All content remains the intellectual property of Stay Golden Bridal.

13. Force Majeure

Stay Golden Bridal is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, travel restrictions, or emergencies.

Refunds or credits will be handled fairly and at our discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

Stay Golden Bridal’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

These policies exist to protect your experience, our artists, and the calm energy of the wedding day. Clear boundaries allow us to show up fully and beautifully.

  • Your booking is with Stay Golden Bridal as a team, not just one artist

  • A non-refundable retainer secures your date and artists

  • Timeline changes, added services, or party size changes may affect pricing

  • Trials help us refine your look but aren’t guarantees of exact replication

  • Please share allergies or sensitivities ahead of time

  • Delays can shorten service time without refunds

  • We may share photos unless you ask us not to

  • Calm mornings depend on clear timelines and mutual respect
