A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and secure your beauty team.
Dates are not held without a signed contract and retainer. Your remaining balance is due by the date outlined in your invoice prior to the wedding.
This structure allows us to staff appropriately, protect artist compensation, and give your event the care it deserves.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for responses. During peak seasons time may increase to 72 hours.

To provide a calm, unrushed on-site experience, we require minimum service counts for certain dates and seasons.
Peak Seasons: March, April, May, September & October
Peak Season Minimum: $650 (on-site services)

Wedding day schedules are built based on service count, artist availability, and overall flow.
Start times are determined by the number of services booked
Early start times of 6am or earlier will occur a $25 early bird fee per artist.
Weddings requiring an artist to depart earlier than 5am will potentially requiring lodging based on the artists needs and preference.
Services conclude at the scheduled time, even if delays occur
Delays caused by the bridal party may reduce service time without refund
We strongly recommend buffer time to support a calm, unrushed morning.

Stay Golden Bridal is a mobile service provider.
Travel fees are calculated based on distance (see travel fees below)
Parking, tolls, and lodging (applicable to early start times or destination weddings only) are the client’s responsibility
Adequate lighting, workspace (large table of 3-4 feet per artist), and outlet access must be provided
A comfortable setup helps us deliver our best work.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions prior to services.
Patch testing is recommended when applicable. Environmental factors such as heat, humidity, and perspiration can affect longevity and are outside of our control.

In the rare event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Stay Golden Bridal reserves the right to substitute artists or adjust team structure.
All replacement artists meet our standards for quality, professionalism, and care.

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to services, clients grant permission for Stay Golden Bridal to use images or video of completed services for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
Opt-out requests must be submitted in advance.

To maintain a calm and focused environment:
Artists require a respectful workspace
Excessive interruptions may affect service timing
Children and pets should be supervised at all times
A peaceful environment supports better results and a better experience.

Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
Tips may be given in cash or in your booking invoice on the final payment.
